In order for a more productive AGM the committee welcomes all members to share their ideas and concerns.  Note that the committee does not endorse any of these recommendations.  It's role is to at this stage is to remain neutral in order to encourage discussion so that a consensus among members can be reached.

Change to rule 10 a

It states that a player may only attempt a snooker shot if they have no clear shot on an assigned ball this then becomes a foul but is not picked up by any referees it is a rule to make the game move faster .I feel the rule needs changing by taking this statement out so a snooker can be played at any time
